Deadmines
Manthemm, Therival, Saliewynn, Jadeomally, and Asgon (the baby patrol) tackled Deadmines together.

Because the only thing better than dancing on the bodies of the Deadmines patrol... is dancing on the bodies of the Deadmines patrol with a bear.

In which Manthemm proves that, for night-elves, "light in the loafers" is not just a tired euphemism.

Wailing Caverns
It took Warghal, Skurj, and Zenala about four runs to actually finish all the quests for this stupid instance. It's going to be a long time before I want to see these caverns again.

Which is not to say there's nothing pretty in there. Even if trying to figure out how to get to the top of the waterfall made us crazy, it was very pretty.

Killing Mutanus was pretty satisfying, too. Playing WoW, you build up a lot of aggression against murlocs.

You'd better believe that when we finished killing the world's biggest murloc, we paused for a group photo.

Mounted!
The best part about reaching 40th level, of course, is finally getting your mount!

Meihemm, Eluned, and Atheri on their new mounts. ...How come suddenly the night-elf is the shortest one?

Saorise, Meihemm, Atheri, Kharvick, and Evandino took a trip to Alterac Mountains to kick some ogre butt.
Saorise and Kharvick are in Hallow's End costumes. I'd like to say that Evan is, too, but sadly, that's his usual gear.

Atheri, Meihemm, and Eluned did the Stranglethorn Fever! quest, wherein you have to kill over a dozen gorillas that swarm you in waves. All we could think, as we stood amidst the carnage at the end, was, Too bad one of us isn't a skinner.
